At Way of the Lord, we believe the Gospel of the Kingdom is for every tribe, tongue, people, and nation. Through prayer, relationship, encouragement, and financial support, our A.I.M. Team — Apostolic International Missions Team— partners with missionaries and ministries who are preaching the Gospel, making disciples, strengthening the Church, serving the poor, and carrying the love of Jesus to the nations.

Evangelizing, Discipling, and Connecting the Body of Christ Locally and Globally
Ministry: All Things To All — Location: USA, Israel, & Abroad
Colin and Mary serve as missionary evangelists with a heart to live “on mission” wherever God sends them. Through All Things to All, they share the Gospel, disciple believers, encourage front-line ministries, and help connect and strengthen the Body of Christ locally, nationally, and internationally. Their ministry includes personal evangelism, prayer, discipleship, ministry partnerships, encouragement to missionaries, and outreach to the least, the lost, and those God places in their path.

Pray for Colin and Mary to walk in God’s power, wisdom, discernment, unity, and provision as they serve locally and globally.

Serving Missionaries and Discipling Students in Norway
Ministry: Youth With A Mission (YWAM) — Location: Ottestad, Norway
Rachel serves at the Grimerud YWAM base in Ottestad, Norway, helping equip, train, and disciple students to go to the nations with the Gospel. She also serves practically as the team’s head chef and kitchen manager, strengthening the base through hospitality, food service, and daily care for missionaries and students.

Mentoring Leaders and Strengthening the Church in Tanzania and Denmark
Ministry: Revival & Reconciliation — Location: Tanzania & Denmark
Jenny and Sven-Axel serve in Tanzania and Denmark through mentoring, hosting, teaching, leadership development, reconciliation ministry, and revival-focused gatherings. They invest in young adults, host groups and conferences in Tanzania, and speak in churches and training schools in Denmark with a desire to see the Body of Christ strengthened and another wave of missionaries raised up.

Making Disciples and Building the House of Prayer in the Philippines
Ministry: Missions, Discipleship & House of Prayer — Location: Philippines
Nick and Bekah are preparing to serve in the Philippines with a heart to make disciples and build the House of Prayer. Their ministry focus includes prayer, worship, discipleship, and strengthening believers as they transition toward long-term ministry in the Philippines.

Pray for their missions training and sending work in the Philippines — that God would give them wisdom, structure, favor, and lasting fruit as they disciple young leaders and send them to unreached nations.

Pray for Gospel breakthrough and new believers — that the seeds planted through evangelism, prayer, baptisms, and outreach in places like Indonesia and Thailand would continue to grow into strong disciples and healthy churches.

Making Disciples and Planting Churches in Bolivia & Central Asia
Ministry: Disciple Making Movements & Church Planting — Location: Bolivia, Tajikistan / Central Asia
Irene serves in Bolivia & Central Asia with a heart for disciple-making, church planting, and ministry among Afghan refugees and Tajik communities. Her desire is to see Disciple Making Movements multiply and for more workers to join the Lord’s invitation to be salt and light in this promise-filled part of the world.

Bringing God’s Word to the Nations through Bible Translation
Ministry: Wycliffe Bible Translators — Location: Tanzania & Kenya
Tim and Chris serve with Wycliffe Bible Translators, participating in the work of Bible translation so that more people can receive the Word of God in a language they understand. Their ministry helps strengthen the Church and support the long-term work of Scripture access among the nations.

Ministry: Jerusalem House of Prayer for All Nations — Location: Jerusalem, Israel
Tom and Kate are the founders of Jerusalem House of Prayer for All Nations. Their ministry is centered on 24/7 prayer and worship on the Mount of Olives, intercession for Israel and the nations, partnership with ministries in Israel and the Arab world, and the raising up of a Joshua generation to continue the work of prayer and mission.

Helping Jewish Immigrants Thrive in Israel
Ministry: Aliyah Return Center — Location: Israel
Chaim serves as the director of the Aliyah Return Center in Israel, helping Jewish immigrants return to the land and thrive there. His ministry combines practical care, love for Israel, and a Gospel witness that points Jewish people to the beauty and salvation found in Jesus Christ.

Ministry: Pastoral Ministry & Discipleship — Location: White Earth Reservation, Minnesota
Shad and Stephanie serve on the White Earth Reservation in Minnesota through pastoral ministry, discipleship, relationship-building, and faithful Gospel presence. Their heart is to see unity among God’s people, open hearts to the Good News, and long-term laborers committed to serving the region.

Making Disciples and Reaching the Next Generation in the Philippines
Ministry: YWAM Impact Philippines — Location: Philippines
Leighton serves as a full-time missionary with YWAM Impact in the Philippines. After completing his Discipleship Training School, Leighton continued to feel called to serve the Filipino people, especially youth, young adults, schools, orphanages, and local communities. His ministry includes discipleship training, youth encouragement, children’s camps, church empowerment, community outreach, evangelism, prayer, worship, and helping the next generation encounter Jesus.

Serving Women and the Vulnerable with the Hope of Jesus
Ministry: Source MN — Location: Minneapolis, MN
Michelle serves as a Women’s Outreach Associate with Source MN, ministering to women and vulnerable people in Minneapolis through urban outreach, anti-trafficking care, the Women’s Drop-In, food shelf ministry, community meals, prayer, clothing, hygiene supplies, shelter referrals, and relational Gospel presence. Through her work, Michelle serves women facing poverty, homelessness, trauma, trafficking, grief, displacement, and isolation, offering both practical help and the hope of Jesus.

Tal and Tigi serve among Ethiopian Jews in Jerusalem, pastoring, discipling, and strengthening Ethiopian believers in Israel. Their ministry carries a deep need for spiritual fathers and mothers who can help the Ethiopian believing community grow in faith, maturity, hope, and love.

Serving the Elderly with Compassion in Nicaragua
Ministry: Passion For Life / Casa De Mana — Location: Somoto, Nicaragua
Jay and Peg Snyder are the founders of Passion for Life Ministries and serve the elderly at Casa de Mana in Somoto, Nicaragua. Their ministry provides practical care, food, medications, vitamins, encouragement, and facility support for elderly men and women who need ongoing assistance and dignity-filled care.

John and Becky serve as team leaders of Youth With A Mission Awake in Blaine. Their ministry focuses on awakening the Church to the Great Commission and calling laborers into the most strategic regions of the earth, especially among unreached people groups. They carry a burden to see the Church awakened, equipped, and sent into the harvest fields of the nations.

Diane serves through YWAM Member Care, shepherding, encouraging, and caring for missionaries. Her ministry helps missionaries process, heal, be strengthened, and continue faithfully in their calling. She also carries a heart to see member care debriefing retreats multiply around the world, including in India.

Dena serves in Japan through English outreach, church ministry, Sunday school, and relational discipleship. She ministers through English Cafe, serves the children of the church, participates in church events, and seeks to love people with the humility, patience, and compassion of Jesus.
